Crispy potato patties.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine potatoes, egg and flour and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and add heaped tablespoons of potato mix to form patties.
  3. Fry each side until crisp and golden.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.

Notes

Using 5 potatoes makes about 10 hash browns.
