I first tried a mango lassi in Melbourne - it is a very thick shake made with yoghurt. One of my daughters doesn't like eating yoghurt, or cheese and she absolutely loves these!

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender and mix until the honey or sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until frothy.

Notes

You can also use 210 g canned mango slices. I think the finished product also depends on the quality of natural yoghurt used. I prefer to use the Black Swan Low Fat Greek Style Yoghurt. Use honey or sugar.
